Return and exchange policy
If the product you receive is damaged or defective (excluding human damage & lack of cutting and labeling), please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the product.
If the damaged or defective product cannot be exchanged for the same product, we will choose to exchange it for a product of equal value to the customer.
Order instructions
1. Since the resolution of each phone or computer is different and may also be affected by the lighting effects at the time, the photos may have color differences. If you have any questions about color/style/size, please inquire before placing an order. Once the order is placed/successfully purchased or received, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted unless there are obvious defects or quality problems.
2. All goods are guaranteed to be 100% brand new and genuine. You are welcome to check by yourself. If you have any doubts, please do not place an order to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings.
3. Once an order is placed, any item or quantity cannot be changed or added.
4. The products in the store come from different countries around the world, and the delivery date may be delayed in Hong Kong due to the influence of suppliers or logistics factors.
5. The role of the store is a retailer, mainly selling spot goods. If the pre-ordered products are delayed, we will try our best to assist in tracking the goods, but there is no guarantee that there will be no risk of delay. If you mind, please think twice before placing an order. Rush orders will not be accepted.
