Children's clothing return and exchange policy
- Size information is provided for each item for reference. Please check the required size before purchasing. The measurement size may vary by 1-3CM due to individual measurement by hand. If the size does not fit or the color is different, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customers need to contact customer service within 24 hours after picking up the goods, inform them of the reason for return/exchange, and attach photos.After confirming that the product complies with the return and exchange policy, BabyGu will be responsible for the shipping costs and adopt a first-exchange-then-return policy (if the product cannot be provided in good condition, a refund will be made within seven working days).
- If the return or exchange period exceeds 7 days, it cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Defects are defined as damage, holes, large areas of dirt, severe threading, scratches, peeling decorations on clothes, etc.The following conditions are not considered defects, and customer service staff may not be able to return or exchange the product for you: buttons are slightly off, slightly off-line or hooked, color difference caused by the screen, small stains below 0.2 cm, button holes are not opened, defects caused by artificial damage ( For example: the clothes burst when trying them on), shrinkage, dyeing, fading, deformation, etc. caused by not washing according to the product label.
- We do not accept returns/refunds* for minor defects that do not affect the wearing effect, including wrinkles, threads, light pigment spots (5mm or less), slight color mixing, size error of 3cm, color depth.*Does not affect the wearing effect is defined as the color is very light, or the location of the defect is on the back, armpit, or inside the clothes*
We will not accept personal reasons for return such as not fitting/unsatisfactory, etc. Please be sure to consider it carefully before shopping!
Baby Gu has the final right to decide whether the goods are defective.
*Returned and exchanged items must be brand new: not disassembled or washed, without damage or stains. *
